Watersports Hire 2010
The western fringes of the Highlands of Scotland contain some of the most magical marine & coastal paddling areas as well as majestic rivers northern Europe has to offer.
From a short paddle on the local Loch Linnhe or Caledonian Canal to multi day adventures, an open canoe or sea kayak is the way to experience them all.
The River Lochy, the Caledonian Canal for the new Great Glen Canoe Trail through Loch Lochy and Loch Ness to Inverness - are all available to explore. This is not to mention the endless acres of inland lochs – such as Loch Sheil and Arkaig. If you are not too happy about “going off” on your own but still want to do your own thing, then we can hire you all the usual gear plus a guide to make sure that you are safe on a daily rate.
Need a suggestion? Give us a call. We are more than happy to advise on a suitable paddling journey to fit your groups’ individual needs. Evidence of prior experience required. Our local knowledge will open up many options as well as giving long standing local expertise and information. We can talk about paddling alomost as well as doing it.

The hire of a full kit of expedition camping gear is another option we can offer to complete the full package.
The canoes / kayaks can be picked up from our base just outside Fort William. Or we can drop off the canoe for you for an additional charge. If you wish to be picked up after a multi day adventure, we can do that also. With very little a pick for you up from Inverness, Glasgow or Edinburgh Airport..
