JOURNEYING, DISCOVERY, ADVENTURE CAMPS
These programmes are specifically designed for school, sixth form colleges, community campuses, and college & university groups undertaking ※learning experiences§ in remoter locations. They have a proven track record of complimenting mainstream education and outdoor learning 每at whatever level. Each programme is specifically tailored to the needs and aspirations of the student sand organisation.
The outdoor environment can be used not only to as a learning medium to living and learning outdoors but also to promote, enable and experience all sorts of positive learning experiences across a wide spectrum of society.
The experiential learning offered by these journeying and discovery programmes has great relevance to ensuring that students of all ages and levels of maturity have come to terms with the modern challenges of work, play or within main stream educational systems.
Here students are gradually put into the learning position of taking on as much personal responsibility for their own and the groups planning, welfare, organisation, communication, team working, decision making and leadership, as is safely possible for that particular group*s needs.

OUTDOOR PROGRAMS & CAMPS FOR SCHOOLS, YOUTH GROUPS & COMMUNITIES
Level 1
Outdoor Development Course
From 8 years upward. (This can adapted to older and adult age groups)
Residential or non-residential aimed specifically at schools & community colleges.
Level 2
Outdoor Development Programme
Most suitable for Primary 7 upwards 每 S3
(This can adapted to older and adult age groups)
These programmes above mainly run over 2 nights / 3 days or maybe longer with accommodation in our self catered hostel / bunkhouse accommodation but we are happy for these to be residential or non residential. Where there is a programme longer than 3 nts there is the option to spend 1 night out in a bothy or supported camp.
Outdoor Discovery Camp
8 -12 years (This can adapted to older age groups) for 3- 7 day options
Previous Experience
This is a basic outdoor camp for youngsters who may have little or no experience with the outdoors or perhaps being away from home for the first time. These Discovery Camps are mostly supported.
Outdoor Explorer Camp
12 每 14 years (This can adapted to older and adult age groups)
Previous Experience
The programme is intended for youngsters who have perhaps a little previous experience of the outdoors 每 but no previous technical knowledge is assumed. This is a chance to develop an interest in getting out into the outdoors more with a multi- skills approach.

Wilderness Explorer
14 每 16 years (This can adapted to older and adult age groups)
Previous Experience
The trip is intended for those (of whatever age) who have previously undertaken some sort of camping / bothying trip of more than 1 night and who are at least familiar with the mechanics of camp life and travelling in the outdoors.
5 or 8 days
Adventure Treks
16-18 years (This can adapted to older and adult age groups)
Previous Experience
No previous serious outdoor activity skill level is assumed but most students will have had at least some sort of outdoor living experience. This is a unique opportunity to build and progress on past experiences, take on new challenges, developing personal outdoor skills, extending outdoor living experiences.
The treks are under taken by open canoe and / or on foot and are usually entirely self supported, self planned and propelled.
