In the apartments bookings are made on a per unit basis for 4 or 8 persons not on an individual per bed basis. Where there is a less than maximum number (i.e. 2 persons in an apartment for 4; 6 or less persons in an apartment for 8 persons) then we do offer a slight discount.
Prices quoted below are per unit from Fridays including VAT according to the period in which it starts. There are rates for Weekly lets and Short Breaks. In the summer high season period we normally only take weekly or fortnightly bookings from Saturday to Saturday only (Summer High Season July 8th – 1st Sept 2011). This also applies also to the main Bank Holiday weeks, Christmas & New Year season. These are some of the periods where there is a 5 night's minimum stay subject to availability. At all other times we are happy to accommodate bookings of a minimum of 2 nights at any time subject to availability.
accommodation availability in the hostel or bunkhouse
In the hostel & bunkhouse bookings are made on a full room only basis in bunkrooms of 4, 6 or 8 persons - not on an individual per bed basis. Where there is a less than complete room number (i.e. 2 persons in a room for 4) we may offer a slight discount of paying for 3 beds rather than 4. This is always at our discretion. Normally we can happily accommodate single night bookings but there are main holiday times when there is a minimum 2 night stay.
