Improvised Rescue

Ratio | 1:4 /6 ( Spring & Summer)

Minimum Age | 18years

The aim of the course | is to give an in depth grounding into technical safety on steep ground, mountain safety, self rescue & escaping from the system, improvising rescues from technical rock climbing situations and evacuation procedures.

Previous Experience | Students should be mountain fit and be leading to a personal climbing level of at least severe. An ideal follow up to any of our rock or mountain courses or as preparation for going into the Scottish hills in winter.

These courses are designed to follow on from a 2 day Level 2 Navigation Course if required.
